Trade Waste Application
All non-residential customers who intend to discharge trade waste into GMB Water's wastewater infrastructure, are required to apply for approval using the authorisation form, available for download here. Please email completed form to customerservice@gmbwater.au.
Wastewater / Recycled Water Modification Application Form
Use this form to apply for new wastewater or recycled water connections, or to request modifications to existing services. All applications must be lodged and approved prior to any work commencing, in accordance with the Local Government Act 1999 and/or Section 48 of the Water Industry Act 2012.
