Asset Management Plan 2026-2027
GMB Water’s Asset Management Plan (AMP) sets out how we will plan, operate, maintain, renew and improve the assets that deliver wastewater, recycled water and bore water essential services across the district.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of Mount Barker District Council, GMB Water services around 15,000 household and business customers through four schemes spanning Mount Barker, Littlehampton, Nairne, Brukunga, Echunga, Meadows and Macclesfield. This AMP translates the asset management objectives established in the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) into lifecycle strategies, service levels, risk treatments, performance measures and funding requirements.
